Refund policy

Taylor County Land Conservation Department (LCD) does not offer warranty on any seedlings. Soil conditions, weather, tree handling and care, planting techniques, pests and disease are out of our control and make survival rates unpredictable. Recognize the possibility when buying and planting. 

If the nursery is unable to fill the order, the LCD may offer the option of choosing a different species or a refund on that item. Substitutions may occur in packages if a species is not available.

Refunds on sales prior to pick up are at the sole discretion of the LCD. If payment was made via credit card, any credit card fees will be subtracted from the refund.
