All five provide excellent pollinator habitat.

Seedlings are estimated at 12-18", 1-0.

Ideal conditions if planting all five in same area: sun to partial shade with well-drained to wet, acidic soils (buttonbush and chokeberry on the "wet" spots)

Seedling information

Black Chokeberry Matures up to 8'. This "super fruit" (aka aronia berry) is full of antioxidants and makes great jams and jellies.

Button Bush  Can grow to 12'. Unique in being able to withstand 3' standing water and for its pincushion flower. Excellent for those wet spots in need of some full summer flowering.

Common Ninebark Height may reach 8'. Named for its aesthetically pleasing shedding bark, ninebark grows well in most places.

Highbush Cranberry Matures at 15'. Not related to actual cranberries but its berries are still edible when prepared properly.

Pagoda Dogwood More of a small tree, may reach 25'. Distinguishable by being the most shade tolerant of all the species in the Tree Sale and for its unique layered branching.
